3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
